Ramona, California is an unincorporated town that is found in the San Diego county of California. With  population totalling 20,292 inhabitants, this community is small in stature and size when compared to any other California city or community. In earlier times before this community became permanently settled, the Digueno inhabited the area. These people were semi-nomadic and established a temporary settlement as they were known for moving from coastal and inland grounds, at least that is what the archaeological evidence  indicates. Notably, the town Ramona was not the orignal name as it was once called Nuevo. Possibly, the most famous or historic feature that Ramona has to offer is its town hall which, as history dictates, was once called the town hall of Nuevo or Barnett hall. The building which is one of the largest and oldest adobe building in the southern California region was once used also as the towns first school as well the first bank, library and many religious groups began here before constructing their own buildings. This building became a first for many things in Ramona and is undoubtably a first to visit on many visitor's list.
