Rosemead is a city in Califonia located inside the Los Angeles County.  It is 11 miles east of the city of Los Angeles. It is easily accessible to other cities in the nearby region.  The 2010 census estimated the population at 53,76.

The first native inhabitants of the Rosemead area were called the Garielinos.  Rosemead was officially incorporated in 1959.  In the earlier days, it was known as a quiet city, but after its incorporation, the city transformed into a very busy place, attracting many businesses and families.

This company employs most of the people living in the city and is known as the top employers in this region.  Rosemead has two elementary schools, one high school, and one university.  People who visit Rosemead have full access to both Los Angles attractions and Orange County attractions.

There is a large golf club situated in Rosemead, as well as art museums and historical monuments.  The American Military Museum is also located in Rosemead. This museum exhibits Navy and Air Forces artifacts.

The population of males is greater than females in this city.  The single males are not well paid in Rosemead.  The senior citizen population is average for a city of Rosemead's size.
